You have control over optional uses of your data. This page explains the choices available on Bhagavan.ai and how to exercise privacy rights that may apply where you live.
1. Consent and Optional Processing
Processing that is necessary to provide, authenticate, secure, or maintain the Service cannot always be disabled while you continue to use the affected feature. For optional processing, we provide consent or preference controls where appropriate or required by law.
Optional choices may include non-essential cookies, analytics, marketing communications, personalization, and persistent AI memory. Withdrawing consent applies to future optional processing and does not make prior lawful processing unlawful.
2. AI Memory Choice
Persistent AI memory is a separate consent choice. If you enable it, Bhagavan.ai may retain selected spiritual or personal context across sessions to provide more continuous guidance. If you do not enable it, the optional persistent AI-memory system should not retain or recall cross-session memory for that purpose.
Signed-in users can use available privacy tools to review memory status and, where supported, export, amend, invalidate, or delete memory data.
3. Where to Manage Choices
Signed-in users can manage available preferences in the Privacy & Data Protection center. There you can:
- View and update consent for cookies and optional processing
- Manage available AI-memory and personalization choices
- Update privacy and communication preferences
- Request a copy of your data or available exports
- Submit data-rights requests such as access or deletion
If you are not signed in, you can still manage available cookie choices through the cookie banner and review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.
4. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update our disclosures and provide any consent or opt-out rights required by applicable law before applying the changed practice to covered data.
5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Where technically feasible and required by applicable law, we recognize supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as requests to opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising processing. Because we do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, a GPC signal may not change the operation of strictly necessary Service processing.
6. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data; withdraw consent; restrict or object to certain processing; opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; appeal certain request decisions; or complain to a privacy regulator. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements.
7. Contact
